Who we are
Evolving Space Labs LLC is a Puerto Rico limited liability company affiliated with Kenbori LLC, the company that created Kenbori OS. We provide AI consulting and engineering services. Evolving Space Labs and Evolving Space Corporation, a nonprofit organization, are separate legal entities. The name "Evolving Space" is used under license from Evolving Space Corporation.
This policy applies to evospacelabs.com only. Services you contract with us are governed by their own agreements.

What we collect
Information you give us through a form. When you submit a contact form or book a call, we collect the name, email address, phone number, company name and message you provide, and, on the contact form, your organization's size and type if you select them. We use your phone number only to contact you by phone or WhatsApp about your inquiry.
Information you give us through the estimator. The estimator asks you questions about your operation. Your answers stay in your browser until you submit your email address to receive the estimate. Only then do we receive them, together with your name, email address, company name and, if you give it, your phone number.
How you reached us. When you submit a form, we also receive how you arrived at the site: the campaign tags in the link you followed, the referring site and the first page you visited. Your browser keeps this for the length of your visit and sends it to us only with a form.

Newsletter. If you subscribe to La Bitácora, we collect your email address.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting provider records standard server log data, including your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. With your consent, we also collect measurement and advertising data, as described under "Cookies and measurement."
Stored in your browser, not sent to us. We store your cookie choice, and the date you made it, locally in your browser.
What we do not collect on this site. We do not collect payment information, government identification numbers, health information or precise geolocation, and we do not ask you to create an account.
Talking to us on WhatsApp
If you message us on WhatsApp, you are talking to Sofía, an automated assistant powered by artificial intelligence, not to a person. A member of our team can join the conversation at any time, and will if you ask.
We keep the conversation so that we can follow up with you. What we store is the text you send, a transcript if you send a voice note, and a short summary of what you were asking about, together with your WhatsApp phone number and the name you use on WhatsApp. That record lives in our CRM.
How long: we delete message text, voice transcripts and conversation records 90 days after the last message, unless you become a client, in which case the records of that relationship are governed by its own agreement.
What we do with it internally: once a week we produce an aggregate summary for our own planning, covering things like the most common questions and the services people ask about. That summary is built so that it contains no names, phone numbers, email addresses or company names, no quotes from any conversation, and nothing that appears in fewer than three separate conversations. It is counts and themes, not conversations.
If you want it deleted: write "delete my conversation" in the chat, or email [email protected]. A person handles it and we respond within 30 days.
One limit we want to be straight about: WhatsApp is operated by Meta, and Meta keeps its own copy of the conversation under its own terms. When we delete, we delete our copy. We cannot delete Meta's, and neither can you through us.

Analytics and advertising technologies do not run until you accept them. You can accept or decline the first time you visit, and you can change your mind at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a decision to decline.
We do not use session recording, heatmaps, or any tool that reproduces your keystrokes or your mouse movements.
Meta processes what the Pixel collects for its own purposes as well as ours. For that processing Meta acts on its own account and its own policies apply. You can review and limit Meta's ad personalization in your Meta account settings. Google's handling of Analytics data is governed by its own terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising beyond the measurement described above.

Our automated assistant uses a commercial large language model to understand and answer your messages. We do not permit that provider to use your conversation to train its models.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety. If our business is reorganized or transferred, information may transfer with it, subject to this policy.
La Bitácora, our newsletter
La Bitácora is a monthly email, sent through GoHighLevel. Subscribing takes two steps: you enter your email address, and then you confirm it by clicking a link we send you. We do not add anyone who has not confirmed. Every issue carries an unsubscribe link, you can unsubscribe at any time, and we honor unsubscribes promptly and permanently. We keep a record of your unsubscribe so that we do not email you again by mistake. We do not sell or rent our list.

Your rights and your choices
- Access, correction or deletion. Email [email protected], or write it in the WhatsApp chat. We respond within 30 days.
- Withdraw your consent to measurement. Use "Cookie settings" in the footer, at any time. Declining does not change anything else about how the site works for you.
- Stop receiving the newsletter. The unsubscribe link in any issue.
- Talk to a person instead of the assistant. Ask in the chat, and someone will take over.
- Give us nothing. Nothing on this site requires you to give us information.
Honoring a deletion request means deleting what we hold. It does not reach information a third party holds on its own account, and if that applies to your request we will tell you plainly which part we could not reach.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Where your information is processed
Evolving Space Labs operates from Puerto Rico, United States. Our service providers process information in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be processed there.
Not legal or professional advice
Nothing on this site, and nothing our assistant tells you, is legal, tax or other professional advice, and reading it does not create a professional relationship. The service you contract with us is governed by its own signed agreement.
Changes to this policy
We will post changes here and update the date at the top. If a change is material, we will say what changed.
