Evolving Space Labs ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to evospacelabs.com only — services engagements are governed by their own agreements.
Who we are
Evolving Space Labs is the commercial arm of Evolving Space, a nonprofit organization based in Puerto Rico, USA. We provide AI consulting services and build Kenbori OS. For anything related to this policy, write to [email protected].
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us through the forms on this site:
- Contact form: your name, email address, company name, and message.
- Request-access form: your name, work email, company name, and a description of what you would want your first agents doing.
What we do NOT collect
This site has no user accounts, no advertising trackers, and no analytics cookies. We do not collect payment information through this site. The interactive product demo runs entirely in your browser on fictional sample data — nothing you do inside it is recorded or transmitted.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a potential engagement or product access request, and communicate with you about it. That is the legal basis for processing: your consent (you chose to write to us) and our legitimate interest in responding. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Service providers
Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that forwards your message to our inbox. The site is hosted on Google Cloud. These providers process data on our behalf and under their own security practices; we share only what is needed to deliver your message.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use tracking cookies. The site stores one value in your browser’s local storage: your language preference (English or Spanish), so the site remembers it on your next visit. It never leaves your device and you can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
Data retention
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for our business records. If you want a submission deleted, email us and we will remove it unless we are legally required to keep it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] — we will respond within 30 days.
International transfers
We operate from Puerto Rico, USA. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the US, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
Children
This site is directed at businesses and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes to how we handle data already submitted will be communicated to the affected people when feasible.
